CardSmith’s comprehensive Operations Management service
monitors and manages program start-up, day to day operations and
back-end administration, and measures overall program performance.
We regularly manage all deposit processing, cardholder and merchant
service operations, month-end settlement, reporting and more.
At start-up, we oversee and manage the global project plan required
to get a card program launched or smoothly transitioned from a
legacy card system. Post-launch, we manage pre-and post-semester
administration, and regularly monitor system and program performance
for each client we serve.
